Interested candidates must be in their final year of graduate school, pursuing a Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in health administration, public health, business administration, or similar degrees. The graduate degree must be conferred in the same year as the start of the fellowship.

Complete application materials must be received in our office by the second Thursday in October.
Interested applicants may apply to both the Northern and Southern California Fellowship Programs. However, to apply for both programs you will need to submit a separate packet of your application materials to each region by the application due date. If submitting applications to both regions, please indicate it in the appropriate section on the application form.
Transcripts and letters of recommendation must be submitted by mail. All other materials may be submitted electronically, using either .pdf or .doc formats.
