Southern California Administrative Fellowship Program

The Kaiser Permanente Northern California Administrative Fellowship Program allows fellows to experience a balance of strategic and operational work, with an emphasis on health care operations.

Leading within an integrated health care system

Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (KFH), Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG), and Southern California Regional Offices in Pasadena, CA.

Rotation preceptors are the Senior Vice President & Area Manager (KFH) and the Chief Administrative Officer (SCPMG), which allows fellows to be exposed to the highest level of leadership in the organization. The fellowship is supported by regional directors that support the fellows throughout the entire program.

Fellowship projects

The project work of the Southern California Administrative Fellows is based on their interests and the strategic goals of their respective medical centers. This allows the fellow to have flexibility in their experience as well as the ability to contribute to high-priority initiatives that have high exposure and visibility. Fellows’ access to the Kaiser Permanente Southern California regional offices during their second rotation allows them to explore their unique interests.
